TRANSCRIPTION IN 4 EASY STEPS

2. Once you’re happy with them, then simply fill in the below form. Once we receive your form we will provide you with a link to our secure file upload facility.
3. As soon as your files are received we will check the audio quality and issue your invoice.
4. The 1 week turnaround begins the moment payment has been received. Your completed transcripts will be sent to you via email.
Note: Organisations (Businesses, Charities, Universities etc.) can be invoiced on a monthly basis. Please check the box and we will provide you will full details.
Full Details
- No pre-booking required - Just upload your audio files whenever you need our services.
- Service available for any audio recording with 1 -3 voices.
- No minimum volumes of transcription.
- Up to 10 hours of audio recording per customer per month.
- Send us your files using our secure upload facility.
- You are charged per audio minute - so for a one hour recording the cost would be £60 plus our admin fee of £2 per order - A total of £62.
- The 1 week turnaround period begins the moment we receive payment.
- Payment can be made securely via PayPal using your credit or debit card. We can also accept payment by cheque.
- All transcripts are “intelligent Verbatim” - this means that we produce a full transcript of everything said is produced, but “ums”, “ers”, “you knows” etc. are omitted.
- All transcripts are proof read and spelling is checked before they are returned to you.
- Transcripts are returned via email in word format.
Q: How do you keep rates so low without outsourcing overseas?
A: Offering a longer turnaround time makes the management of the tasks easier.
Also by asking for payment in advance we save time and resources by avoiding
having to chase outstanding invoices. Our transcribers are happy to work for a slightly
lower rate in return for the flexibility that the turnaround gives.
Q: Do you accept payment methods other than Paypal?
A: On request we can open a pre-paid account for regular users. However keeping to
Just one method of payment in general also helps us keep our admin costs down and
therefore keep the rate we charge you to a minimum.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: We accept most digital audio file formats including .dss, .wav, mp3, .wma
Your transcripts will be completed and returned within 1 week.
